1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Bangladesh. International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact our support team before placing an international order.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
Orders are not processed on Fridays or public holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Delivery Time

Within Bangladesh:

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
Remote areas: 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

Typical rates within Bangladesh:

Inside Dhaka: 60 TK BDT
Outside Dhaka: 120 TK BDT

Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified minimum purchase amount.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide within Bangladesh.

Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address. Repeated refusal of confirmed orders may result in restriction of Cash on Delivery service for future purchases.

6. International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via SMS or email. You can track your order directly through the courier provider’s website.

8. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier service disruptions
Weather conditions
Political unrest
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

9. Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional re-shipping charges.
